North Shore Estates 
North Shore Estates is a land rental company located within Second Life. Upon arriving I was immediately impressed with the layout of the rental office. It is very professional looking, welcoming, and easy to navigate. When you first arrive you will land right in front of the desk that has a bell you can ring for immediate service. I love this and it shows how good their customer service truly is. There is also some music playing that you can listen to while taking a look at the different land options.
There are many different types of land parcels available for rent at North Shore Estates ranging from small homestead parcels to full sims. They have options for both residential and commercial as well. The prices are very good starting at $2388 L per week and up. There is a rental board set up in the main office behind the desk that you can click on. It will take you to a website with all of their current available rentals and what sizes and prims they offer.
From what I have read and observed, North Shore Estates has phenomenal customer service and an amazing presentation of their product. I would rent from here just based on the level of customer service alone. That is the first thing I look at when I make a purchase from someone. If I ever decide to rent a parcel of land I will definitely come back here first. This would be a great decision if you own a store or just want a parcel to decorate on your own and call home. If you have thought about renting go for it! These rentals are truly amazing.
