This is a business where you get exactly what you expect. There is a phrase in the UK - "Does exactly what it says on the tin" - and that is the perfect description for Pyro's Avatar Complete. Everything you would need to customise your avatar, change your look, or just tweak your settings is here.
The store itself is open and airy, set on a heavily built up commercial tropical sim, with a view out to sea, the store manages to impose nonetheless. It is set on two levels, with a wide, long stair leading up from a beach setting into the store itself. Spiral staircases take you to the upper level, with a handy teleport point if spiral staircases make you dizzy.
The lower floor is dedicated to their stock of avatars. These are, as one would expect, full packages containing skins, shapes, eyes and makeup variations, and the quality of these creations is above average for the price range. There are no demo models available, but the vendor boards display a very flattering, comprehensive breakdown of the product on offer. Although the main focus of the store is female avatars and skins, there are some very nice quality male packages on offer, too.
Posestands are placed at regular intervals around the store and there are a number of sportscars inside the store, each with a model pose poseball for those "new look" impromptu photoshoots.
On the upper floor is a collection of women's fashions, with some very cheap items and a couple of lucky chairs to tempt visitors. Next to this is a large collection of hair store affiliate vendors, with a good range of nicely priced hair for both sexes.
Also on the upper floor is a large photography studio, with many selectable poses and scenes, guaranteed to help you show your new purchases off in the best possible conditions - perfect for snapping your new profile picture!
The comprehensive range of avatar customisation products on offer at Pyro's is impressive. Almost everything has been thought of and provided for. You could easily come away from this store looking and feeling quite literally like a new person!
