Homes and Shops to Rent in attractive setting.
We welcome you to Olde Aswang Valley Hamlet where we have a variety of homes and shops available for rent.
This group of shabby chic and attractive style homes and shops are set in a peaceful and attractive area called Olde Aswang Valley Hamlet. This is part of what will be Olde Aswang Valley Village. The whole sim is themed to be idyllic, peaceful, attractive and olde worlde (rather than medieval) in some places.
The Olde Aswang Valley Village part is still under construction, being landscaped and set up, but tenants in the Olde Aswang Valley Hamlet, may use the communal lake with its little island that has a campfire and fishing on the rocks or use the loungers, deckchairs, floating rings and swimming poses or even just paddle in the lake. Please feel free to wander around the sim while it is being landscaped. You can even hideaway to sit and relax in the hidden cave in the waterfall which you will find towards one end of the sim.
Olde Aswang Valley Hamlet itself consists of a few attractive home rentals set in their own small area and surrounded by flowers, trees, rocks and separated from the attractive square of Olde Aswang Valley Hamlet shops. There is a small market in the shop square with occasional market stall rentals available. Freebies are available on some of the market stalls. There are places to sit dotted about in the Hamlet and Shop areas, all meant to be relaxing and peaceful and provide a more slower pace of life (Second or Real).
On the outskirts of the shopping area, all our attractive unfurnished homes have lockable doors & tinted windows - controlled by the tenant.
The rent and prim allowances for the shops in Olde Aswang Valley Hamlet are between L$250 per week with 50 prims to L$600 per week with 175 prims. You may rent for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 8 weeks, but of course will have the option to renew again after that if you choose to stay longer.
The rent and prim allowances for the homes in Olde Aswang Valley Hamlet and Olde Aswang Valley Parva are between L$250 per week with 50 prims to L$375 per week with 125 prims. As with the shop rentals, you may rent for a minimum of one week and a maximum of 8 weeks, but of course will have the option to renew again after that if you choose to stay longer.
