Axel Entertainment Property Information

We strive on creating a friendly, sociable environment for all of our tennants. We prefer quality over quantity, and our sims and methods will always show as much.

Amenities of the sim includes a public club with tow venues, an open beach venue on the ground with a dance club available via teleport in the air.

Buying Land

All land for sale is in increments of 1024m in square blocks with standard prims. Custom sizes that deviate from this is not allowed on standard sims unless it is a themed/zoned sim with features such as streets and walkways for public usage.

You can request that parcels be joined or divided properly before sale in order to get the amount of land you desire unless Zoning prohibits it. (If there are two 4096 parcels next to each other, we can join them for you. If there is one 8192 parcel, we can split it as needed to provide you the land you desire.)

All land will always be sold for 1L by Axel Entertainment owner Kleston Axelbrad. If you find land for sale by anyone else, please determine why before you buy it. We do allow for parcel sub lenting, provided the initial owner pays their tier to us.

Tier Payments

All tier payments for parcels are made on the parcel. We use custom tier boxes meant to blend into the environment better. Your house or business will look more appropriate with a custom tier box than a standard rental box. This does use up a small portion of the prims of the parcel, but will be a minimal impact.

Tier rates will always be 1600L for every 1024m with a discount rate of 1550L for every 1024m for 1/4 of a sim or more and 1500L for every 1024m for an entire sim (totaling 96,000L per month).

Structures

We make numerous quality houses, shops, and other structures available to you at no extra charge on our sims. Some of these even come furnished! You are not required to use any of our buildings. If you purchase a plot that has one of our buildings on it, you may simply return the structure without any worries.

Zoning

Residential - This region allows for usage for residential properties only. No clubs, stores, or other entities are allowed.
Mostly Residential - This region is prefered for residential usage, however small shops and clubs are allowed provided they are a quality venue that can blend into the region's environment.
Mixed - This region allows for any type of house, club, or business to be used.
Commercial - This region is only used for shops, clubs, and similar business oriented entities.

ALL REGIONS ARE RESTRICTED TO QUALITY STRUCTURES AND USAGE ONLY!!! IF IT LOOKS LIKE GARBAGE, IT WILL BE TREATED AS SUCH AND DELETED!!!

Referral Bonuses/Free Tier

We offer two ways for our tennants to get free tier.

Referrals - When you refer someone to us who buys land, you will get 10% of their initial tier payment added to your own! You must message Kleston Axelbrad with your friends name before they make their payment. (Example: You have a 4096 plot, and you refer a friend who gets a 8192 plot and pays for three weeks of tier in their first payment. Their total first payment is 9,600L. Upon confirmation we will add 960L to your tier box, extending the duration slightly.)

Contests - Yes, contests. We will work with select clubs on our regions and elsewhere in SL hosting contests in which the prize will always be 1600L worth of tier for our sims. This prize is a no mod/no copy notecard stating the Club Name, Date, and Event time. It can be transfered or sold, so you can have your friends win it for you even if you are offline!
